A supplier's inclusion in the directory does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, certification, approval, guarantee, or verification by the Website. Listings are provided for informational purposes only to assist buyers in identifying potential suppliers.
The Website does not manufacture, inspect, test, certify, sell, distribute, or take possession of any products offered by listed businesses, nor does it participate in negotiations, contracts, payments, shipping arrangements, or after-sales support between buyers and suppliers.
Accuracy of Listings
Business listings are created using information supplied by the business itself and/or information that is publicly available. Although reasonable efforts are made to keep listings accurate and up to date, the Website makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, or timeliness of any listing.
Removal or Amendment of Listings
Any wholesaler, manufacturer, or business that wishes to update, amend, or request the removal of its listing should contact us by email at lifeinthebazaarwholesale@gmail.com.
While we will endeavour to respond to requests within a reasonable timeframe, the Website reserves the right to verify the identity of the requester before making any changes and to determine, at its sole discretion, whether and when a listing will be amended or removed.
The Website also reserves the right to edit, suspend, refuse, or remove any listing at any time and for any reason, including where information is inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, offensive, infringes the rights of others, or is otherwise considered unsuitable for inclusion.
Buyer Responsibility
Buyers are solely responsible for carrying out their own independent due diligence before contacting, negotiating with, placing orders with, or making payments to any listed supplier.
The Website strongly recommends that buyers independently verify matters including, but not limited to:

- Product quality and specifications
- Pricing and minimum order quantities
