Subscription Cancellation Policy

Subscription Orders

Certain products available from Life in the Bazaar may be purchased as a subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to receive recurring deliveries at the frequency and for the duration selected during checkout.

By placing a subscription order, you authorize Life in the Bazaar to securely store your payment method and to charge that payment method automatically for each recurring order until your subscription is cancelled in accordance with this policy.

Where applicable, subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the next scheduled renewal or billing date.

Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time using one of the following methods:

1. Online Subscription Portal (available for initial subscriptions placed on or after 26 June 2026) by accessing your subscription management page through the link provided in your order confirmation or customer account.
2. Email Request by emailing lifeinthebazaarwholesale@gmail.com and including:
   • the email address used for the subscription; and
   • your order number.

This cancellation method is available for subscriptions placed at any time.

When Cancellation Takes Effect

Cancellation requests received before your next scheduled billing or renewal date will prevent future recurring charges.

If a recurring order has already been processed or payment has already been taken before your cancellation request is received, that order will still be fulfilled and charged. Your subscription will then end, and no further recurring charges will be made unless you subscribe again.

Active Subscriptions

Any subscription that has not been cancelled using one of the cancellation methods set out in this policy will remain an Active Subscription. Active Subscriptions will continue to renew automatically, and the payment method provided at checkout will continue to be charged at the selected billing frequency until the subscription is cancelled.

Right to Cancel by Life in the Bazaar

Life in the Bazaar reserves the right to suspend, refuse, or cancel any subscription at its sole discretion, including where payment cannot be processed, fraudulent or abusive activity is suspected, stock is unavailable, or for any other legitimate business reason. Where appropriate, any payments for undelivered goods will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Subscription Cancellation Policy affects any statutory rights that consumers may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
